8. *Ariadne unwind her thread as Theseus entering the labyrinth pulls the thread after him *
9. Theseus fights and kills the minotaur (as his movements are transmitted to Ariadne who is hollding the other end of the thread)
10. *Ariadne rewinds her thread to lead Theseus out of the labyrinth *
11. *The thread breaks. Ariadne is greatly dismayed *
12. Theseus and some of the greeks emerge from the labyrinth and rejoice
